3 days in the public sections I've seen the same photos with no updates ...

No, the uploader isn't operatinal yet.

Plus the T&C needs an overhaul.

The uploader is evidently operational, but not finalized, and the T&C is goofy. (See separate thread.)

In my view the T&C should be fixed asap, so that people aren't submitting under a weird T&C, but since I will certainly not be submitting until they are fixed I guess I will leave that to individual discretion.

According to the front page they are already receiving and queueing lots of submissions...
