No real answer from me has yet been posted, so you are good. I will be posting information on it as soon as I receive an reply back from the email I sent out to the tech department. What I have done is to send out emails this morning inquiring about specific details on when passwords and usernames will be emailed, how this will work, etc.

So what about all those emails sent to Kate with Login/Password (and in some cases, CC#s?) -- Resetting back to zero are we, or ?? And then she said no need to do this any longer as the User ID and Passwords had been recovered. Mine still won't work.
