Regardless of how you look at it, one thing is sure, VW is not what any of us thought it was.

In the future, before either side gets a penny from me, they are going to have to explain exactly who owns their company, where is it incorporated, who has rights to the images posted, etc.

If legal action has been brought against "Igor", in what jurisdiction? What is the case number, so we can go and look it up to verify the claims being made here.

All I know is that my billing statements say Igormania, and Igor's (online) name was posted all over the old site. We met Igor in person, we knew who he was. No where did the site ever mention that "Igor" was a "stage name" owned by another company.

If it turns out to really be the case, fine, but there's going to have to be a LOT more transparency before either side sees another penny from me.

You could just try doing a Whois search, but most adult sites run by proxy and hide most ownership information due to legal liabilities. And I don't mean from members. Polk County Florida arrested the owner of nowthatsfuckedup.com when they found out he lived in Polk Co. Even though the business was in another FL county and the web site was in another country.
