Sadly, the Republican leadership has aligned itself with the fear filled white supremacists as a short term tactic for survival. The questions are: how much damage will they do in their death throws, how ;long will it take for this bigots and racists to die away in our society. They have formed a strong coalition of the most malevolent people in our society with the most ruthless of the wealthy and powerful people in our society. In Christian terms they are the forces of Satan long predicted before the age of salvation. Disguising themselves (but only to themselves and the fear filled gullible) as God fearing Christians.

Driven by the fear of progress, the fear of equality, the loss of privilege and entitlement.
