It's the same for everyone. They've restored the old content prior to May 22. This week Kiki (Webmaster) said they are testing the contribution engine and it should be ready to accept new contributions before too much longer.
Disaster Recovery for an IT shop is a real pain in the backside. In spite of the unhappiness of some people on these boards they've actually done a decent job for a small IT shop in my opinion.
I'd give it a while longer on new content. They seem to be focusing on getting new user names and passwords out to subscribers this weekend, which will likely go on much of the week. This will be needed before new content can be uploaded, indexed and added to the site.
