Dump Poli BB and Fun & Shots, this is a sexy community site where I go to get away from politics and the anonymous graffiti wall that is F&S. Require verified nicks for all users in all parts of the BB.
Get a real, full-featured BB system. Allow users more control, post edit, delete, avatars, reply notification, private messaging, better profiles, better search, sticky notes, moderators personal albums - in other words, a real BB system.
Amateur only.
Make help available and let users know how to get help.
Give users ability to change passwords and some ability to manage their accounts.

Lastly, why did you wait for your world to go to shit before you showed interest in improving the site??

So if you don't like Fun & Shots or Poli BB, don't visit/read them! There are a LOT of members that spend a lot of time on either or both those BBs.

Only thing I would change is to make Poli BB the ONLY place that political discussion is allowed. It makes no sense to have a Poli BB if politics is splattered all over the place on other boards. Many members don't want to have to deal with or put up with the political "discussions".

Why dump Fun and Shots? Actually it is a really fun place. While I hate the Poli shit posted and the bashing a lot of the content is very humorous and original.
