Where it used to say "powered by igormania" now says "powered by katemania"... what's this about? Or did they just cover anything that said "igor" with "Kate"?

Yep, they appear to have run an automatic search/replace just like you would in Word -- with similar consequences.

If you check Redclouds hall of fame and then go to
hall of fame until 2007
it says

guess they missed changing the name there.
