"An Apology"

Pre-2005 VoyeurWeb (and affiliates) was under the financial control of JA. Everyone, including Igor, agrees with this.
I believe that JA originally financed and set up VoyeurWeb. He was the initial director of Igormaina, shortly renamed Igormania.

This misspelling goes along with why some of us can remember VW from before 1998, it was originally voyuerweb com, renamed in 1998.
JA was also the initial director of WatchCams.

Igor claims that JA stepped out of the picture in 2005. I have received information from someone that EDLI, took over from 2005 to 2007. I have not been able to prove this, but it is possible. EDLI was formed in 2005 and the initial director was EB.

In 2007 IPay Technology took over. This company had 2 managing members, JA and EB. I have been informed that JA was never actually part of this company and that his name was put on the official documents by mistake and that it was corrected. A check shows that as of January of this year JA was still listed as a managing member, he made an inactive officer of the company on 6/12/2012. In his letter 6/13/2012 Igor stated “Mr. Ego is one of the two owners (public record) of the company which did the billing for the VW member sites, or in other words all the money went through his channels.”

Igor claims that JA reappeared and took over the site on 2/1/2012.
******** was created on 1/16/2012 (before 2/1/2012) and went active on 4/23/2012.

Social Media was created on 2/17/2012, initial director was JA, EB does not seem to be connected to it.

In his letter 6/13/2012 Igor stated “Late April 2012 the socalled "Voyeurweb Refugee Group" starts to form amongst the voyeurweb contributors. Igor is in close touch with them.”

It has now become apparent that this is a rift between JA and EB, both financial partners in VW. Because JA owns the actual domain name EB had no choice but create a new site. Planning for this predates 2/1/2012 and probably goes all the way back to April or May of 2011, possibly earlier.
Igor has elected to side with EB, and for reasons that I can’t fault.
The initial launch of ******** had entries dating back to April, when the T&C of VoyeurWeb was supposedly changed. VW has not challenged that the T&C was changed so I believe it was changed. Further content goes back to 2005, a date that I believe EB became financially involved. Based on EB’s involvement from 2005 and his probable involvement with VC it is my belief that he has equal grounds for the content provided to VW, barring the appearance of some form of contract. Prior content is arguable in both directions and something really for full disclosure with lawyers.
I said that I would apologize for my siding with VW if it turned out that Igor was telling the truth. I don’t believe he was telling the whole truth, and it is obvious that he was intentionally providing misleading information (ie. drug charges that had already been dismissed and cleared). It is also clear that VW was not providing the complete truth.
But I didn’t really expect either side to tell the complete truth, and I’m sure neither did any of you. For me this has been an entertaining diversion, sort of like reading a good mystery book and trying to work out who did it before the author reveals everything in the final chapter. For those involved this isn’t a diversion, it’s a matter of a lot of money and jobs.
So I do owe Igor an apology for saying he stole the content and gave/sold it to someone, it is clear now that that did not happen. I doubt he feels wronged by me in any way, but I still feel that I should have kept a more open mind in that regard, and for that I am truly sorry.
I hope that VoyeurWeb makes a full recovery and is able to regain it’s standing as one of, if not the, best amateur web sites on the net. And I hope that this entire episode serves as a reminder of how not to deal with your partners, your contributors, and your paying members.
I hope that ******** continues to improve and grow to stand strong against VW.
Competition is good, and may the best company win over the contributors.chicguy
Often annoying, always inflammatory, but in general entertaining to have around.
