I really don't think they have it. I think they're trying to figure out how to handle the CC Paybacks and they're working on how they can hide their tracks so they can keep the stolen loot.

Possibly. There is really no reason they couldn't put up the "new" landing page, and by doing nothing they only foster boundless speculation and undermine their standing with what they claim is there base audience.

Indeed. If you read the boards, you can see what is happening. More and more people are questioning your sincerity. Long-time contributors are more and more showing up on other sites. The COFF threads which should he your most firm allies are questioning you more and more.

And now evidence is beginning to show which suggests you are completely changing the model of VW to professionally-produced amateur-appearing content.

I know I have been harping on it, but you must take this to heart. More and more opinions are forming that you are just stringing along the audience without the intent to resurrect VW as we know and love it. There are many theories why - to launch a new site with built-in traffic, to sell the domain, to extend billing before closing, and others. The theories are becoming more common and more convincing. The ONLY way to put them to bed is to get us something, anything, no matter how flawed.

Don't want an "official" launch? Can't handle the traffic at the start? Fine. Just set up a single server somewhere, create the domain beta.voyeurweb.com and install something there for us to see. Stop worrying about tweaking. That is what you do AFTER beta, not before.

For over a week now we have been told the site just needs tweaks. How much tweaking can you need? If you can not get something up in a matter of days, your community is going to conclude you are not serious about getting VW up again.

Exactly...where is the detailed infomation on the updates?

We have recovered all the emails but having trouble matching them with the usernames

The script to upload images pauses after 66% and only sends part of the upload1

The front page does not properly query the backend database to display the featured picture of the day

Something like this would be expected and helpful. Instead we just hear about 'glitches' which could be as severe as having an incomplete username database or as small as not displaying an image properly.

I do appreciate the constant updates...but when those updates give me NO new substantial information on the progress of the site I just laugh. All these coders and they have not been able to tell us ONE part of the site that is or isn't working. What a sham.
