Guys, who cares WTF your internal problems are. Really. We paid for a service and it's no longer being provided. None of it. If you extend my account, will there be everything available? The live video/chat BB? Will the quality be the same?

I brought a service for a specific amount of time and what I'm realizing that it's not a professional service, all I see is a bunch of people playing baby games.

I can get my money back by doing a charge back on my credit card for denial of service and so can every other member of the site who had a paid membership for an of the services/sites that are now down, even if you bring things back and the service is not the same, it's still good for a charge back.

So get you shit together, get the sites back up and leave your baby shit in court, we don't care we just want to see the sexy, naked ladies that we paid to see, do your crying in private.........

The site is not gone, it is under maintenance- no credit card company will allow you to do a chargeback for that. And no credit card company will allow you chargeback because the service is not the same- when the site comes back, mainly because the service will be better.

We are being open with your viewers and members as to what happened and that is why we have been frank about discussions involving the legal war that is being launched on *****.

You will see the same and better naked pics of naked ladies in no time. I just got out of a meeting and saw what is coming and it is out of this world. Everyone will love it-- so crisp, so real, so amateur- so VW and more.

But given your feelings, even if you cannot do a chargeback, VW functions on the basic principle that if a member claims dissatisfaction, that we are more than happy to issue a refund. Please send me your info, including address and full name of where you would like me to send the refund, I will cut a check out to you immediately.

Are you that hard up that $0.079, that's 7.9 cents, per day is ruining your life?

I've been a member of RC for well over a decade, and VW years before RC began registering members, and I believe that the entertainment I have received was a bargain. The site is free of banner ads, pop ups, spyware, tracking cookies, etc., which is rare for an adult site on the internet.

Due to the value that VoyeurWeb has provided me over at least fourteen years, they have earned plenty of goodwill in my book.

Tell u what...next time u go to the gas station, fill up your tank, drive home and siphon the whole tank down the drain. Tell me how far you get and how much value you got for your money. You pay for something, you deserve to get something. The past is the past. What are you going to get for what you paid now??

Thanks!
It is not gone. We will be back very soon. Hang in there for just a short while longer. Our task at hand is immense and we are working round the clock.

I have been a supporter of VW, RC, and (off and on) HC for well over 10 years now. I have been patiently waiting and watching this situation evolve hoping for the positive outcome that is promised.

As I watch, I begin to ponder this very question (getting a refund) more and more every day. By watching the comments, I'm seeing the member base crumble as the level of trust declines with VW. This poses the question, since the nature of the service has a dependency on members supplying the content of the site, what kind of service is going to be left?

I present this point as constructive criticism. I believe a large portion of the problem VW has at this point is the process of presenting the resolution to the members. Outside of the initial time frame of 4-7 days, the only time line that has been presented is “soon, or very soon”. From personal experience working in a production environment, presenting and updating the timeline is key to keeping everyone informed about the progress of the project. This maintains confidence that progress is actually being made. When deadlines pass, “4 to 7 days”, with no explanation or update, it creates doubt and speculation.

I just paid my subscription to RC and was approximately 20 days into it before “the incident”, and was pondering renewing my subscription to HC (which I haven’t done for a couple years). Ironically, I wasn’t going to renew at all for a while.

As Augustwest pointed out, it’s not that expensive, although by August’s calculations, I have only received $1.58 worth of service. At this point, I am hoping VW can follow through with their promise. If the situation continues to decline, I will probably follow Katherine’s instruction for a refund.

Reading these posts is hilarious. I think some people need to get a life. Threatening to sue over a measly $29. Thats not even a half a tank of gas. If they are that hard up they shouldn't have joined Red ***** in the first place. Or threatening to want their money back if it doesn't come back online immediately. What a bunch of cry babies. Ya know what, just give them their money back, pro-rated of course. Good riddance. They are all the whinners who have nothing to say but negative comments towards all the women anyway.

That is interesting that you believe that the negative comments are all coming from those who have nothing but to say negative comments towards all the women. I will take this observation back to VW Management.

But, golly, if I were to calculate on the refunds that have just been thrown around on me, the total amount, based on pro-rate would not even reach $100, as you so astutely pointed out. And what is worse, is that I keep writing private emails to all these people who say "give me a refund" and ask them for an address where I can mail their measly refund, no one seems to be interested in that! Go figure!

With all due respect, we are only 1 day outside of the initial promised date for return. We said 4-7 days on June 10, 2012 and today is June 17, 2012. I hope that you will read some of the posts from people who actually have experience on the technical intricacies involved in returning VW back to you. It is a massive site with hundreds and thousands of pictures and videos, the task alone of retrieving these could take more than a week.

I just recently also posted indicating that I did see the website during our meeting with the technical staff and it is ready to be launched barring some technicality that comes up in the final computer testing phase. This is not something that one can just do half ass. This requires a lot of checks and balances. My recent post also indicated that I believed that the site would be up within this coming back.

As you said, if you would like me to start the refund process for you, I would be more than happy to do so.

If you really want your money back or a partial refund, just file a dispute with your credit card company. You are likely to get it back, and either the card company will just eat the small amount or try to get it back from VW.

Oh, and Katherine... I'd like to officially nominate you for the most unprofessional public relations director of the year award.

Rule #1: Never, never, never include personal insults or unprofessional language in your statements regardless of whether talking to members, subscribers, or former employees.

If you sent me an email last night, it is impossible for me to have gotten to it by tonite. There are over 45,000 emails in my inbox and I try to get thru as many as possible a day. Your refund will not get processed in one or two days, more like in 3-4 weeks But I am happy to do it. Why don't you give me your username so I can find you easily in my inbox.

2nd if they still have access to servers they can retrieve any and all nicks and passwords.
I don't care where I have traveled, the login always knew if it was me and had to have a way of verifying me?
They claim they still have access? Correct?

3rd Any company with a paid up, account should have absolutely no problem having the CC company verify who paid and who didn't without any of this email me crap.

The cc company can easily verify without given the end user (VWRC) any info on the person at all.

This whole thing is odd?
Gmail handles 45K e-mails quite easily - mine does anyway - but I certainly agree with the spirit of the rest of your message.

By the way, the front page has changed and it seems that the mail servers for the voyeurweb and red ***** domains are back in business:
vwAdmin@voyeurweb.com
billing@redclouds.com

The posters wanting to charge back might want to try that latter e-mail address.
