Manda, you are a Doll, for the sentiment and for putting my name up in big bold red letters, (my nickname anyway, but it's special to me, given to me by my Mom, sixty sumpthin' years ago,) . . . Jeez, I think I'm blushing.
I'm not too sure that I really deserve such praise and recognition but, coming from a stunner like you . . . I'll take it with a very broad smile!
I've spent a lot of time in recent months on the RC forums and have gotten acquainted with a few very good folks, quite well acquainted with one or two actually. (never would have believed I would be trading selfies at my age, with anyone, certainly not one of the most beautiful and talented women on the site.)
There are actually several threads that remind me of the running banter and "teasing pic" posting we used to enjoy here. I've been involved in more than one running pictorial story that went on for a week or more, just like the good old days here. Had lots of great opportunities to write about, and write to, Hot Women, which I love to do, as you know. Even wrote a few naughty limericks for a couple of particularly inspirational contributors. (I think
Berty would be proud, and
Jewels too, I would like to think.) One of whom even commented that she was honored that I would write a poem about her. At the time I was thinking, "Good Lord, this woman is so far out of my league I should feel honored just to be read by her."
It's been great fun, story lines crossing from one thread to another, even picture sharing to create PS pics with two contributors appearing in one pic, boy did that confuse the unenlightened. But now RC management has decided, in their great wisdom, that the threads were too numerous and too long. So, boards that were once limited to 100 threads each are now cut back to 50. And individual threads, which formerly rolled off the bottom at a 200 count, will now be limited to 100 posts. Heck we used to total up more than 100 posts in a day sometimes. I think it's a ploy to save server space, the reasons given so far don't make any sense to me and I'm afraid it's going to hurt participation badly. We shall see!
Maybe the answer is to come back to the VW forums where one can still look back over a whole years worth of posts and be reminded of the way it was. Seems as if you,
Manda my love, you are promoting exactly that.
