If voyeurweb.com is worth over 1.5 million how was it hijacked so easily and not protected better? Why were there no backups?

Now I understand this is an estimated worth, but come on. I have stuff that is a lot less valuable that is better protected and have copies scattered throughout the U.S. I just cannot fathom that one person hijacked a site and ran off will all of the information. Especially if the site is worth that much. Someone gave the keys to the kingdom away free.

It is the estimated worth of the domain name. Not the estimated worth of the company.
