Almost a month ago I sent a polite email asking for our pictures to be removed as someone we know had discovered them. Initially, someone called 'Peach' responded reasonably quickly and said send numbers of the contri's (not sure why your system wouldn't allow you to do a search and find them in seconds, but I digress...) I spent a considerable amount of time finding the links and sent them. 'Peach' then responded and said they had now been removed. I sent a reply saying 'thank you', but then thought I had better check. The contri's were all still there. Despite the blatant lie, I responded politely and said they were still there. 'Peach' responded, with "Could you please send a picture of yourself holding a sign REMOVE YOU FROM VOYEURWEB." As we are trying to remove pics, not add them, and given we have never shown face and cannot or will not I couldn't see how this was of any use. Furthermore, my email was sent from the same address I have used since we first started posting on VW years ago- surely that was enough proof.

My reply was ignored, as have several emails I have sent since, including one with the satisfaction survey (which I understand goes to you?).

We provided content for this site for several years, I don' think it is too much to expect a response. It is because of kind of treatment we did not return to VW after it disappeared for a while there.

I'm hoping that by posting this to the forum you will respond to me.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention on the forums, as I had not been aware of this situation.

I am extremely sorry that this was not taken care of in a prompt and efficient manner. I very much apologize for the support given to you, as it was not acceptable in any way. I have myself had an experience where the owners of a site wouldn't remove information that directly involved me, so I understand why this is troubling to you and I have already removed all of your photos from our sites. Let me know if you find any further photos and I will be happy to assist you immediately! Please direct all correspondence to me personally via email or PM me here on these boards.

This is exactly the reason we stopped posting at this site. It took us months and an endless series of emails to get some contris removed. Kiki, it would be wonderful to give contributors more control over their material. If out contris are uploaded through an account, it would seem like it would be possible to also remove them through the same account. Thanks for looking in to this!

Yes agree that user control over pics (and comments!) is a very good thing to have. In VW's defence, as soon as our situation was made known to Kiki she dealt with it in a rapid and through way- I should have directed it to her originally, as some of the staff may not be as professional as her.

Yeah. Private Shots Sept 11: Innocence Perdu. Model named "Sylvie". This is actually porn star Georgia Jones. This was reported to VW as stolen but the contri is still up.

I've removed the contribution as you were absolutely correct. Looks like the contribution removal team was a bit backlogged from the downtime we had the other day when they were unable to use the administration panel.

The boards is where Kiki went out of the way to help people. She is no longer here and cut off with communication with her email. Try looking on the home page as there use to be an email which be more appropriate than posting on the boards. If you can't find it, they changed that, however, use to be.
