Despite all the assurances from the left, despite the implied threats of violence from the likes of Al (Not so) SHARPton and his ilk of the race baiting poverty pimp brigade, despite the best efforts of an Obongo lackey judge who was instructed to find some way to convict Zimmerman of SOMETHING, for god's sake, Justice prevailed (and here one must ponder the feeling of satisfaction the defense lawyer who was repeatedly slapped down by the kangaroo court Obongo lackey judge is feeling. "Bite me bitch").
Lumpy, how did this happen? After all, you told us Zimmerman, "Murdered that poor child (your EXACT words, you buffoon)."
But then again, you never have been right about anything, ever. (Any further word on that NK sub that torpedoed the gulf oil rig?).
I broke down and listened to some of the reportage from CNN and the other alphabet Obongo compliant networks yesterday prior to the verdict, and the general trend was glee that the jurors had asked for clarification on the lesser included count. They repeatedly assured each other this meant that Zimmerman was in the bag.
OOPS!
Defeat again. That pesky law keeps getting in the way of the agenda.
Well, there is always vigilante justice, something that is being advocated en mass in some quarters. Here one must point out the difference between this not guilty verdict and the one in the OJ trial. Whites did not riot and burn, loot and destroy or promise to murder black people in revenge for a brutal murderer going free after slaughtering in cold blood two innocent white people. George Zimmerman defended himself against a black thug bent on causing him great bodily harm, if not death, and look at all the threats being aimed his way.
I actually admire Zimmerman for his restraint. It it had been me being assaulted, the cops would have arrived to find Martin's well ventilated corpse and my pistol with the slide locked back over an empty magazine (and it would have been a 1911 Colt clone, probably by Les Baer or Wilson Combat, in .45 ACP firing Cor-Bon, Golden Saber or similar ammo. Not the anemic 9mm. Even though, in this case, it proved enough to stop the fight and get the job done).
In closing I must point out that the Zimmerman shooting proves one truism in law, something that most defense lawyers will tell you: In the event you have to shoot someone, it is always better that there be only one version of events.
Ponder that.
