Ghee I had saved some pictures of VanessaB and now they say VW members only. GHEE what's with that. Then I tried to looked them up and they are under Free style, but something to do with funbags. I don't get it. Anyone else have this happen? I always copy pictures I like to duplicate, my husband just got a mustang and I thought I loved her poses, that I could do that too. Guess I will have to rely on my memory.

Not sure what you are trying to do. When viewing the picture, do you right-click and select "Save picture as..."? This has always worked for me.

Retro: That is what I did, I copied and sent them in an email to myself and now it says VW and their like page and says members only when I open up my email I have saved, and no picture of her. Now why would that change in an email I sent way back when she did her pictures? I have some that after a period of time also that only get the X icon. Some last and some don't. I know there is a window, so next time I will just print it off and file it.

No way this could happen if you actually e-mailed the pics. Sounds like you hit, "copy short cut," which would save a link to the pics rather than the pic itself.

DD - I have no problems saving the pictures. But I also save them to my hard drive - I understand you might not to do that. I have a private file and folders with names that I save just the jpeg files to. I'm not sure what your problem is but I'm sure it is in the way you are saving or sending the pictures.

How are you emailing them to yourselves? When you see a picture, what steps are you doing? And on what kind of computer, windows or apple?

Thinker: you clip on the picture with the left side of your mouse. It saves it I believe (as is so automatic) and then you can paste it where ever you want. I then open up an email and paste it into it, send the email to my own email. I think that is how I do it, kind of automatic now. I use the my lap top most of the time. Windows , yes.

Retro: that is what I did and some how they changed, not sure if updates changes it or what.

I had no problem copying and pasting, I have done it for years. Has the pictures of her for several months since she did the car theme. Then I went to look at them the other days and they don't open up to her pictures, but changed like I said to VW and members only on it. I have never had anything like that happened before.

DD, that just means the contri has gone to Funbags (archived) already. VW is now archiving contris much quicker than they used to. And if you want to view the archives, you do have to be a paid member for that.

JBE: Thanks, I think next time I like some ideas I see from the ladies, I will just copy and print them off. That way I have them. I use to do that and not sure why I quit.
