Give contributors the ability to rate comments on their own posts.... or tag them as 'favorite comment' or something. give rewards for those whose comments are highest rated every month (those making an effort to say positive / welcome things to make people feel like posting more)

Let contributors ban certain members from posting on their sets, etc.

I'd love to see a Like / Dislike button on the comments, or a way to vote down the negatives. So many hateful, racist, and misogynistic things were being posted, and I can't believe how many stayed up.

I like the idea of a like/ dislike button. Some women have a hard time posting pictures of themselves and the hurtful comments make it harder to get them to post. This site should have a "girl next door" feel, but when she is already insecure the comments will kill any chance of pictures posted.
