In recent years the specialty themes, picture contests, etc have become kind of dull.... very few people submit theme-specific posts on the main RC board, and when it went down there was still a blowjob contest that had been going on for the better part of a year in the e-contri section.

I'd like to see theme submissions be more specific inventive / innovative (best picture involving the use of honey) for example, rather than 'wet pussy theme'.... and have rewards for theme-related submissions separate from regular votes to encourage and interest those who might otherwise not post at all.

And every contest should stay only for the time said (one month, not a year!)
