Much to my suprise my wife suggested that she'll let me take some risque photos of her. You can't imagine, well maybe you can, my exitement! I'd say she's a long way from letting me post any but I'm curious as to what would be the best way to keep someone else from being able to view them. Is it safe enough to put them in a password protected folder? Maybe an encripted flashdrive?

How about on my camera, Canon 7d, is there a way to protect them on it so that others can't see them.

This may have been covered on here before.

Best method is going to be putting them on a flashdrive that you keep someplace protected.

If you want to add some hidden feature, change the icon and name of the pictures folder to something else, and add in a bunch of other stuff that looks more interesting.

I use a software package called ACDSee to manage my photos, and it has a feature called "Private Folder." It's hidden and password protected and only accessible through the software.

If you use Picassa be sure to EXCLUDE that folder from the program or they will be included along with all the others on the hard drives.

As for file to save in, consider keeping them in a sub folder in a subfolder in a location NOT for pictures?

I would use a different sd card in the camera for those pics too. Dont keep that one in the computer. Back them up to a couple external drives of thumb drives so you dont loose them too.

We put ours on the computer and lock it so our kids can't get into it. Only me and my husband can access them.

Why edit pictures, if the woman learns what looks best on her and if she isn't 20 what to wear, she can look hot even into her 60's.
