Breaking news...just disclosed, Mueller's lead FBI investigator on the Russian connection was ALSO Comey's lead investigator into Clinton's email scandal, but here's the stunning part of it, the Agent Peter Strzok is openly very pro Hillary and actually had to be fired by Mueller after emails between Strozok and a FBI lawyer he was having an affair with exposed he was out to get Trump since Hillary was his choice as President. Strozok has been removed from investigative responsibilities and his emails are investigated.

Those damn emails keep getting libtards in trouble. It's not by chance that Mueller used the same FBI Agent to go after Trump as Comey used to clear Hillary. The swamp is being exposed.

"Breaking news" That was four months ago, Tool. I always knew you were slow, but this is ridiculous.

"But Mr. Strzok was reassigned this summer from Mr. Mueller’s investigation to the F.B.I.’s human resources department, where he has been stationed since."-NYTimes

You seem to forget that Flynn just pled guilty. I think you mean Mueller's case just 'exploded'.

The news broke today. Mueller and the FBI covered up and concealed why he was removed from the investigation and ignored Congress requests as to why he was removed. The swamp is deep in DC but its being drained.
House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes has issued an angry demand to the FBI and Department of Justice to explain why they kept the committee in the dark over the reason Special Counsel Robert Mueller kicked a key supervising FBI agent off the Trump-Russia investigation.
Stories in both the Washington Post and New York Times on Saturday reported that Peter Strzok, who played a key role in the original FBI investigation into the Trump-Russia matter, and then a key role in Mueller's investigation, and who earlier had played an equally critical role in the FBI's Hillary Clinton email investigation, was reassigned out of the Mueller office because of anti-Trump texts he exchanged with a top FBI lawyer, Lisa Page, with whom Strzok was having an extramarital affair. Strzok was transferred to the FBI's human resources office — an obvious demotion -- in July.

Once again clown, you have your head stuck I the sand, from you're own posted article.
It's unclear why Strzok stepped away from Mueller's team of nearly two dozen lawyers, investigators and administrative staffers. Strzok, who has spent much of his law enforcement career working counterintelligence cases and has been unanimously praised by government officials who spoke with ABC News, is now working for the FBI's human resources division.
They tried covering up the fact Mueller had appointed a Trump hater and Hillary supporter to head up an investigation. He was only removed after the emails came out, which Mueller and the FBI kept secret until it was leaked to the media today. Hours after it was leaked to media, the FBI contacted Congress and said they're now willing to explain why Strzok was removed.

This is YUGE! I'm betting Mueller and Comey will lawyer up before 2018.

"..A spokesman for the special counsel's office declined to comment..."

This line taken from Clown's own link....show they were covering it up from the start.. :o

So much for all the "integrity" the media has been showering on Mueller..

Sean Hannity has been saying all along Mueller is an asshole...and he's right.! :o

The higher their hopes climb, the more satisfying it will be when they all come crashing down.

Remember when Otis Dogshit confidently predicted that, "Trump will be gone in less than 30 days."

That's been over 90 days ago.

Bringing the heat:
Contempt citations?

Responding to the revelations about Strzok’s texts on Saturday, Nunes said he has now directed his staff to draft contempt-of-Congress citations against Rosenstein and the new FBI director, Christopher Wray. Unless DOJ and FBI comply with all of his outstanding requests for documents and witnesses by the close of business on Monday, Nunes said, he would seek a resolution on the contempt citations before year’s end.

“We now know why Strzok was dismissed, why the FBI and DOJ refused to provide us this explanation, and at least one reason why they previously refused to make [FBI] Deputy Director [Andrew] McCabe available to the Committee for an interview,” Nunes said in a statement.
We'll see if the Dixie Mafia is still in business if Strzok commits suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head, twice.

It is becoming more clear that the "justice" folks were political, and that they expected Hillary to win, and that they didn't want to accept Trump as the properly elected president.

This is how things work in a Banana Republic, and Comey looks more and more like Hoover.

Liberal and Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz:
Dershowitz said, “Well, the last thing any prosecutor wants to do is to have to indict his primary witness for lying. Because if you indict your witness for lying, it really means he’s not useful as a witness, he has no credibility. I’m sure the prosecutor was trying to indict him for some scheme or conspiracy that involved other people in the White House, but there is nothing there, and he had to, finally come down and indict him for lying, which makes him a useless witness. So, this is not a show of strength by the prosecutor. It’s a show of weakness. It’s a show that they really have nothing on anybody above of Flynn and that Flynn made the terrible mistake about lying about something he could have told truth about. Because the two things he lied about were perfectly lawful and perfectly proper for somebody to do during the transition. And so, I think it really reflects a weakness, not a strength in Mueller’s prosecution.”

He added, “Now, they still may be able to use him to lead to other witnesses or to get documentary evidence or to give them leads, but he’s no good as witness. Because he’s obviously sold himself to protect his own son, and he’s prepared not only to sing, but perhaps even to compose and [unintelligible] to exaggerate if he thinks that will get him a better deal from the prosecutor. So, if I’m a defense lawyer, I have no trouble destroying his credibility on the witness stand.”

Dershowitz concluded Mueller is “going on the domino theory, one domino at the time. You go for the lowest-hanging fruit. You indict people for lying to the FBI, failing to fill out the proper forms. These are forms of essentially political jaywalking, then you squeeze them and you hope that maybe they’ll give you information that would lead to somebody higher up. But in the end, it’s hope over reality. So, I would not say this is a day for celebrating for the prosecution in the Mueller office.”

It never occurs to Insipid that Dershowitz could be just wrong in his opinion, which hinges on him believing Flynn is Mueller's "primary witness". Neither of them know what Mueller has yet. All of you clowns keep saying that if Mueller has anything it would be in the news already. But there just aren't any l e a k s from the investigation, so you have no idea what he's got.

That's why, as a conservatard, Insipid never wants to rethink things.

Long before all this started, everybody knew about Manafort and Flynn involved in minor failures of paperwork.

Should Flynn have lied to a politicized FBI or even the sort of neutral, fair, justice-seeking FBI we all believed we did have after Hoover?

No, Flynn should not have provided that political opening.

But Mueller should NOT have hired EIGHT lawyers who donated to Democrats, nor should his fellow Strozok been the same ideologically compliant one who lead the clearly fake investigation into Hillary's email.

The sad thing is that anybody could -- in the past or now -- read the crystal clear statutory language in 18 USC which Hillary contravened.

So there was never any doubt that she broke the law, but she was an important politician whom they believed then would become president.

Based upon Mueller using the same FBI Agent to head up his investigation as Comey used to clear Hillary and the fact that Agent is openly pro Hillary and anti Trump backed up by leaked emails, Trump should replace Mueller and everyone of the lawyers Mueller hired that donated to Hillary. Trump should then open a special criminal investigation into Comey and Mueller's biased investigations.

I would love to watch the melt down of the left. Donald I know you follow this political form...DO IT!

Trump can simply pardon himself and his family.

Because he wants the truth to come out and the only way to do that is drain the swamp. He needs to do like Obama did and just fire anyone that anything to do with the previous President.

My question is: What the heck was Mueller thinking?

Surely he had to know, as a long-time investigator, that Strzok was pro-Democrat and biased?

Surely he had to know, or be informed, that Strzok was having an affair and texting political messages to another of Mueller's staffers?

Surely Mueller had to know that 9 of his 17 lawyers had donated to Democrats and were biased?

Actually I feel there will be obstruction convictions as a result of Mueller's investigation. We know now Hillary's investigation was obstructed from justice and numerous people in the FBI and DOJ were involved. Next will come an investigation for attempting to remove a sitting President through fabricated evidence and collusion.

Oh yeah, there will be convictions.

Tray Gowdy has requested information from Muller. Muller refuses to answer or give congress requested information of this investigation and the FBI agent who is involved. Talk about obstruction

johnny, EVERYONE in Washington votes for someone, dummy. Your choice is to pick a mix of people or no one at all.
There is no such thing as "NEUTRAL" in the sense you are pretending exists.

You're making a big deal out of the 9 staff who donated to Dems.
Which means the other 7 likely donated to Republicans.

Why can't you clowns just look at the evidence that is produced, not at who found the evidence.
If the evidence is shown to be fabricated, THEN you have a case. But not before.

All you are doing is attempting to discredit the investigators regardless of what they find, which means you're afraid of what they are finding and you're just a dishonest partisan scumbag.

You mean like the fake dossier that kicked this investigation off? You do realize that since the whole investigation is based upon fabricated evidence to start with that anything obtained from that point on is tainted evidence, don't you? It's called "fruit of the poisonous tree" and is not admissible in court. All these searches and seizures they're doing at this point can't be admitted in court.

Stand by and listen for that phase again here in a few months "fruit of the poisonous tree"

Tool, demonstrating that you don't understand the phrase "fruit of the poisonous tree" only shows why you need some more ESL classes.

You clowns really need to keep up.

Since no New York banks would lend to Trump any longer after he stiffed them all, he had to resort to Deutsche Bank, the bank laundering money for the Russians.
And why do you think Deutsche Bank would lend money to Trump when no one else would?

Because the Russians told them to lend Trump THEIR money.

Bloomberg News corrected Wednesday its bombshell report that special counsel Robert Mueller had subpoenaed Deutsche Bank records pertaining to President Donald Trump and his family.

The corrected report said the bank records “pertain to people affiliated” with Trump. Bloomberg had originally reported that Mueller “zeroed in” on Trump.
Umm...nevermind.

Mueller has blown through over 7 Million dollars and that doesn't included salaries which are being kept confidential. Mueller has refused Congress' requests for an accounting of the funds.

There comes a point when Trump will be Trump and simply fire Mueller than put in place people who will start kicking in doors and arresting people. Trump has patiently been letting the FBI and Mueller bury themselves, I think he has enough to round up the whole lot.
By johnforbes
#97242
Clown, surely you understand my point and agree with it.

Everybody in D.C. has opinions, but not everybody is so obviously and openly partisan as Strzok and Weissmann were in texts/email.

Not every lawyer in D.C. contributes to Democrats, as 9 of the 17 lawyers Mueller hired did.

Strozok and Weissmann were very wrong to express anti-Trump opinions at the very time they were investigating him.

As to the others, those who donated to Democrats have the the appearance of impropriety, and Mueller knows very well from his time at the FBI that that also must be avoided.

But he didn't.

Further not one person on Mueller's team donated to a Republican. Mueller has never went up against someone like Trump, he thought Trump would be kissing his ass instead of kicking it. It's not suppose to work that way in DC, Trump isn't playing by the rules, plus Trump is suppose to let the media tell the public what Trump thinks, it's disgusting to the DC crowd that Trump is going "directly" to the public with what he thinks.
By johnforbes

The new FBI chief said he may hold on to Strzok's texts so as to not interfere with the IG inquiry.

But how would that interfere?

I imagine it's fairly quiet around Casa Strzok these days.
What with the Mrs. finding out about the girlfriend and being demoted from Assistant Director to the HR office boy.

What's the over/under on Strzok eating his gun within a month?
By johnforbes
#97283
Yep, the main song might be "Blue Christmas."

But I bet the real reason they don't want to release the text messages is that Strzok will come across as yet another arrogant, snarky, and juvenile liberal.

But delaying the release of such info merely makes the investigative and "justice" people seem more dishonest.
