Please help me - i have submitted a request to have an erroneously uploaded pic removed and marked as critical, since its causing huge distress, but no one has responded to the ticket or several further emails. i desperately need help from someone with this - please let me know who to contact for some help asap. it's not only me involved in the distress. apologies again, it's a mistake of me, of course, but I'm not receiving any help or guidance with how to remove the image, which I think I can legally request.
