Who will be in the French Quarter Saturday March 23......Italian American Marching Club parade rolling through the Quarter. Club members awarding the ladies with special throws and beads. I love to earn my rewards especially their colorful garters, my short skirt usually catches their eye and are allowed to place the garter as high up my thigh as they dare. Most discover, to their delight, that I'm commando.
