Hillary talks of 2020 run to Clinton Foundation donors

She's saying that since she has to keep up their hope that'll the Clintons will once again be in a position of power to reward them for their donations. Some have already invested millions in the Clintons and all they have is an IOU.
So do the donors hold out hope the Clintons will once again be back in a position to pay back the IOU's, or do they cut their loses and avoid future donations, and just toss the IOU's in the trash? One thing is for sure, if they stop the donations the Clintons will put them on the naughty list.

Clinton lost all their money....and now she's is coming around again tin cup in hand
selling the same old lies.....I think this time donors will wait...may even find new
opportunities with Trump...
