ESSEN, Germany (Reuters) - Angela Merkel laid out her case for a fourth term as German chancellor on Tuesday, presenting herself as a guarantor of stability in a world which is weaker and more unstable than any time in history.She's 100% correct, another Obama legacy, I'm just surprised she didn't wait until he was out of office to point it out...at least she waited until after his last visit two weeks ago.
