Donald Trump is meeting with the New York Times, and Times media reporter Mike Grynbaum is live tweeting the on-the-record portion of the meeting.

In the meeting Donald Trump was asked whether he had ruled out prosecuting Hillary Clinton. “It’s just not something I feel strongly about,” Mr. Trump told the room, according to Grynbaum.

It'll be interesting to see whether Sessions would appoint a special prosecutor.

And whether Trump would ask Comey (FBI head has a 10-year appt) to resign in order to try to restore the reputation of the FBI, which now is not trusted by Dems or Repubs.

Loretta Lynch has blocked 4 local FBI offices who have been investigating the Clinton Foundation.

If, for example, Gowdy became AG, it seems unlikely he would block them.

Should there be a special prosecutor to look into the pay to play at the State Dept? Yes, but not because Hillary is a Democrat. Nobody should sell access like that.

Lynch's latest batch of DOJ prosecutors just started this week and her "announced" goal is to insure there are no empty prosecutor or investigator slots left when Trump takes over.
