And this is a beautiful new day!

How much destruction do you suppose Obozo will try to wreak before they throw him out? You KNOW that half breed
A-rab muzzie had his heart set on Killery nominating him to the Supreme Court.

I LOVE the smell of libtard hopes and dreams self destructing in the morning.

Remember libtards, Killery was never indicted so Obozo can't pardon her.

You can almost hear the prison doors slamming shut.

There are 4 ongoing FBI investigations into the Clinton Foundation, which is today the largest public corruption in American history.

Unless Obama can work up a future pardon, the Clintons will have to clean up their act and have that "charity" give away more than a small percentage of its money.

Yep they made a tactical error, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't rush an indictment through before Trump takes office so Obama can pardon her. Hell there might be a ton of indictments followed by pardons to head of a Trump DOJ going after them.

That's an interesting issue.

Is the pardon power so sweeping that it could remove an indictment, which is distinct from a conviction?

Probably so because a pardon just means the hell with everything, the person can skate.

Imagine all the convicts Barry will pardon over the next month or so.

You don't need to wonder, johnny.
Ford pardoned Nixon and he wasn't convicted of anything.

True, but I'd want to do some research on its historical use.

The Marc Rich pardon was in the news years ago, and the Clintons got donations from that, but I've never really looked into it.
