Look at Just a Few of These

In 18 USC, let's take a very quick look at a few which relate to Hillary:
2071 removal or mutilation of govt records
1519 destruction of records
It is simply beyond argument that, after subpoena, Hillary and her agents destroyed and mutilated govt records which they had previously removed from proper custody on federally controlled servers
Did she obstruct justice (1505)? Probably, but a defense lawyer would contest this.
1621 perjury? She clearly lied to Congress, and she said 39 times she could not remember to the FBI to dance around her perjury risk
203 acts re her personal financial interest? Well, the entire pay to play.
1001 false statements
7212 her call to the IRS re UBS

Obama assured everyone before the investigation even started "I'm confident the investigation will show there is nothing other than unintentional mishandling of emails"
Now watch for the DOJ to tie the hands of the FBI on the new emails found on Weiner's laptop. DOJ lawyers have yet to grant authority for the FBI to look at them, apparently their considering Huma's attorneys argument that the FBI had no right to look at Huma's emails since it was her husband under investigation. You can bet that argument was handed to Huma's attorneys by the DOJ. Obama will do what ever it takes to stop this investigation. Comey has already refused to obey both of them by re-opening the investigation.

Former Attny Gen Mukasey argued that 18 USC 2071 even meant that Hillary could not hold public office.
Even though it does say that, I think that's going too far into what the voters should decide.
But it is in 2071.
Hilly did remove material (her work products which were govt records and not her property, as well as classified material) to a private server, and that alone was breaking the law.

As I understand it..
Hillary allowed Huma to download classified documents and take them home to work on them...
Now watch Hillary throw Huma under the bus...by accusing Huma of taking the documents without permission.. :lol:

So, Elkin, what about the first citation is a "lie."
Hillary violated that statutory provision, and even the Left Wing "truth checkers" like Snopes and PolitiFact can't hide that.

That's because Hillary didn't want to read emails she wanted them on printed out and Huma's home printer was easier to use than the government's so she sent them to her private email so she could print them out. No shit, that's the excuse they've given.

If Hillary lied as Forbes alleges, then she committed obstruction of justice. That's a criminal offense!
If it's true that Hillary lied then she should be charged with obstruction of justice....correct?
So then how come Hillary is not being charged with obstruction of justice???
Is the FBI rigged in favor of Hillary? So the system is rigged...except for when it works in favor of Trump? Comey just tossed a bone to Trump. And Trump doesn't seem to mind that Comey violated FBI policy and potentially broke the law...

Just wait. She has been protected by the media, protected by the powers that be in the justice department, protected at every turn. But when this ball really gets rolling, charges will be filed. Just wait.

Hillary should indeed have been charged with obstruction of justice for deleting, and BleachBiting, material under subpoena.

I'm betting Huma has exposed more U.S. secrets than any other person in history. There's more than a 50% chance, Huma was planted as an intern by Iran during Bubba's presidency, then licked her way up to being Hillary's top aid and then marrying an ugly U .S. Representative from New York to stack the deck and odds of getting more secret information. Over the next 15 years she licked Hillary behind to insure Hillary kept her close. It took a dick to expose Iran's operation. 650,000 emails, and Huma doesn't know how they got there, but she is claims she's cooperating 100% with investigators and if they want more information, talk to her attorneys.
They had better take that bitches' passport and but a 24/7 watch on her.
