Exactly! Trump has already pointed out public schools should be year round and teacher's made full time employees instead of just 6 months out of the year. Thousands of public schools sit empty much of the year due to extended holidays, summer break and 9-3 hours. It takes 3 months to bring kids back up to where they were before summer break and then the extended holidays start. Then there's the dead weight of non performing teachers and insane amount of teachers not in the class room and "staffers" that need to be cut. This explains why we spend more per student but have the least educated students in the developed world.

For private taxes the way to go is a flat tax, some estimate that would be around 8%, so federal taxes would drop significantly for those in the middle class who don't have the deductions those in the upper class have, those deductions would be taken away. No more cheating on federal taxes, even Al Sharpton would have to start paying his. If you spend money, the tax is taken at that time. We could cut the IRS by 80% saving billions, we would collect 100's of billions in taxes now being avoided through fraud or just refusing to pay them. You have only a small amount of money to spend you only pay a small amount of taxes, you live a rich life style, you pay a lot. Everyone pays their fair share.
