There is only one reason democrats wanted to loosen voter controls and that's to make it easier to commit voter fraud to win elections. Like the leaked video's and email disclosed, if Hillary is elected they will no longer have to go through hoops they now have to go through to allow non-citizens and others to vote multiple times since she'll do away with all the current requirements that make it difficult.

They were trying to mock Trump for saying the election was rigged, and right after that the undercover video showed that Hillary's campaign was trying to rig the election by inciting violence at Trump events.
