He pointed out it'll be especially important for 2018 elections if Trump wins. If Hillary wins, he said they won't have to hassle with it, she'll do away with proof of residence and ID requirements. They talked of not using busses to transport them to the different States since it would be easier for prosecution of voter fraud, but they would use rental cars which would make it harder to prosecute.
