If he had, he would know that the defense lawyer is not to blame for a failed prosecution. He just does his job; to provide a rigorous defense.
He would also know that guilt must be proved, not just swilled down from Breitbart and FOXnews.

When johnforbes has even a smidgen of evidence that justice was not done, he should quickly take it to the prosecutor and not pretend every lawyer who ever defended a rapist should be ostracized from society or disqualified from public office.
