Barry, like Valerie Jarrett, grew up in a Muslim country.
Both are delusional about Muslims, and particularly the total failure of non-radical Muslims to expunge radical Islamic terrorists.

This is true to form. Wait until Friday to release controversial information or decisions so the sheeple will have time to forget by Monday.

Clown thought I was making it up, read it and weep. Can there be any clearer message which way Obama will lean when it comes to America Christians or Muslims? Remember he wrote that he would stand with Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction...and they have.
President Obama on Friday vetoed legislation that would allow families of 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia in U.S courts, setting up a high-stakes showdown with Congress. The Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA) unanimously passed through both chambers by voice vote. Obama waited until the very end of the 10-day period he had to issue a veto, hoping to buy time to lobby members of Congress against the measure. Obama is concerned it would anger Muslim countries and worsen conditions.
White House officials also hope congressional leaders will leave Washington to hit the campaign trail before trying for an override, kicking a vote to the lame-duck session after the election.
Democrats like Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) have said they will buck the president and support overriding his veto.
“This is a disappointing decision that will be swiftly and soundly overturned in Congress," Schumer said in a statement. "I believe both parties will come together next week to make JASTA the law of the land."
Pass the popcorn.

Good lord. We went over this before when you were posting as "Intrepid."
The problem with this legislation is that it creates a two way street for people in other nations to sue the U.S. government.
Conservatives never, ever think anything through.

That's bullshit, if there are grounds for a lawsuit and it's found to have merits, then there should be accountability. If there is no merit to the lawsuit, then those who file the lawsuit should pay all associated costs = tort reform of which democrats are against. Let the lawsuits began with accountability.

Sure. It's bullshit. Never happen. Yada yada yada (that's for your "Intrepid" persona).
Open the door and let's find out on the lawsuit score, not to mention what it might do to the U.S. relationship with the Saudis.
You people are dumb, dumb and dumb.

From Politico:
The Senate will move first on a veto override because the legislation, written by Sens. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and John Cornyn (R-Texas), originated there. Unless there are objections, the override vote can be set up by unanimous consent.
Cornyn called not only the veto "disappointing," but also Obama's "refusal to listen to the families of the victims taken from us on Sept. 11." And Schumer called the veto a “disappointing decision” from Obama that will be “swiftly and soundly overturned in Congress.”
“No matter how much the Saudi lobbying and propaganda machine may argue otherwise, JASTA is a narrowly drawn statute that restores longstanding legal principles that have enjoyed bipartisan support for decades,” the group, known as 9/11 Families and Survivors United for Justice Against Terrorism, said. “It will deter terrorism and hold accountable those nations that support and fund it.”
Top congressional leaders such as Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) have said they share concerns from the White House about JASTA, as it’s been known on Capitol Hill. But they also say a veto override is inevitable
When you have both Pee-Lousey and Chucky Boy Schumer against you, even a race baiting, muzzie ass kissing socialist hasn't got a chance.
And the gonif kadokhes momzer Groggenveldtstein, being a citizen of frozen North Mexico, doesn't have a vote and his opinion, like his homeland, is meaningless.
But he should keep chasing his pointed tail because it amuses me no end.

Well Congress finally had enough of Obama's protectionism of Muslims and overturned his veto! Like Trump said, had this Bill concerned allowing the ability to sue Israel for sponsoring terrorists that kill Americans; do you really think Obama would have vetoed it?
