Why did Charity Navigator Rate Clinton Foundation Well?

Because Charity Navigator joined the Clinton Foundation (for free instead of the usual $20,000 fee) in order to mingle with other important folks and promote its ratings.
Is there anything the Clintons have not corrupted?

A charity that spends 95% of donations on operational costs (salaries, jets, perks, $4K a night hotel suites) gets a good rating?

When it became known that the Clinton Foundation had gotten a good "grade" as a charity, many eyebrows were raised.
Now comes the answer, which is the same as always for anything Clinton-related -- corruption.
