Matthew Apperson, the man who attempted to shoot George Zimmerman in the head, has been found guilty on all charges, including attempted second degree murder. As LI’s own Andrew Branca explained, not only did Apperson’s reports sound fishy, but he had a checkered past that involved threats to “shoot someone.” Apperson will be sentenced next month and faces a 20-year minimum mandatory sentence.

Florida Today reports:

A jury found Matthew Apperson guilty after officials say he shot at George Zimmerman in a road-rage incident in Seminole County.

The jury reached the guilty verdict on all charges, including attempted second-degree murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle and aggravated assault, after more than four hours of deliberations. Apperson, however, had been (excuse the pun) gunning for Zimmerman for months prior to the incident according to local police.

Apperson will be sentenced on Oct. 17 at 9 a.m. He faces a minimum mandatory 20-year sentence.

This is what happens when conservatards push a BS narrative. Vigilante mental cases like Zimmerman go out and kill teenagers in the street instead of standing down as the police instructed him to do, and then conservatards feign surprise when someone tries to do the same kind of thing to Zimmerman.

The honest truth is if there were more men like Zimmerman on the streets there would be less Trayvon Martin thugs attacking citizens, so yes in a way Zimmerman is a hero, what he did destroyed his life but he spared numerous people from becoming Trayvon's victim. About 500 Zimmerman's need to be turned lose in every one of our major cities to make them safer by taking out the trash because the police aren't allowed to do it.
