I said all along that the guy that set up the clandestine server should be prosecuted.
Now three have been given immunity, and have pleaded the fifth amendment.
And NOW, one of them ignored a subpoena to appear before Congress. Was a no show.
News is just breaking.
WOW!

The DOJ fix to protect Hillary was in place at the very start of the investigation. You don't grant immunity to someone unless they're providing information and agree to testify to that information. These guys were double protected to keep their mouths shut, they were assured in writing that if they don't talk they won't be prosecuted.

I have not yet taken the Cybernetic Bar Exam in order to qualify as an Internet Attorney.
Nobody wants to run afoul of the Board of Internet Ethics.

WTF are you fucking talking about?
Fact: They were given immunity. Fact: They have pled the fifth. Fact.
Why it played out that way...don't ask me. They did. I didn't make it up.
Fuck off Clown-moid.

I did not get the original report of this from my cited weblink tho.
Yesterday when it was breaking news that he ignored a subpoena to appear, I was watching a panel discussion on this subject.
Panelists were Tim Russert, John McLaughlin, Chet Huntley, a pony express rider, and Hillary herself.
All dead.

Just for shits and giggles, Toothache, you really should realize that ClownKicker is not the person formally known as Lucky. The styles are very different. Too different, in fact.
If any of you know where the REAL "Lucky" is, or how to get up with him, I'd appreciate your letting me know. Thanx.

Three witnesses ordered to testify Tuesday before a House committee investigating Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server asserted their constitutional rights against self-incrimination and did not appear or refused to answer questions.
Bryan Pagliano, the former State Department computer specialist tasked with setting up Clinton's server, did not attend the Republican-led hearing. His attorneys said in a letter to the chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee that Pagliano will continue to assert his constitutional right not to testify.

Wrong. He's outed himself too many times. Not long ago he slipped and mentioned his many exchanges with Mr. Big.
Remember him and his hot wife Carrie?
Just a couple days ago he admitted he had been here for years.
In any case, Lucky at one time lived just outside Greenville, SC.
He's virtually your neighbor.
My contention, which he never denies, is that his flagrant drug use got him busted (which i frequently predicted) and his plea agreement specified he would have no further association with his former drug using lifestyle.
Arent you glad that back when he was sharing his weed with you, you didn't get busted?
Don't try to deny you never smoked dope with Lucky either.
Another thing both of you admitted here.

Lie and deny AssClown Loser Unlucky Tool. Who is it that you are afraid of finding you? Everyone you gave up to keep your skinny whiteboy ass out of prision? Or were you in deep enough so you now fear the cartels?
If so, you should probably just kill yourself. It would be faster and easier than if you allow Enrico to find you.
Think it over.

Lucky and his beautiful wife lived in Greensboro. I'm pretty sure he's never lived in SC. We have indeed visited with each other, but we did not share smoke. Both of us had a few beers, but pot was never even mentioned. I have smoked, and will again....but it's not a big deal, and we have not done it together.
Lucky is quite the ladie's man. He looks and dresses like a model. There is a model in some commercials now that reminds me a lot of him. Women swoon when he even looks their way.
You get your stories very confused, but I do enjoy reading them, and I'm sure that Lucky/Red would enjoy them too.

Are you sure they are swooning or just passing out from the odor?
P.S.:
Kidding aside, I have a relative in Greensboro and like it -- except for the summer heat, which would stop me from living there.

It is absolutely horrendous, and add in the nasty humidity, it often feels like YOU"RE what's for dinner. I'm on the coast, and this summer felt more like the inland areas. Just stifling. I didn't go inland during the time, but I'm guessin' that it was even worse than I remember it.

My wife complains about the same thing, esp the humidity.
My plan is to spend more of the summer -- and eventually all of it -- in a cooler area such as NH.
I spent 3 wks last summer in Brunswick, Maine and it was okay.
