Leviticus is the Biblical foundation for Christians condemning homosexuality. I'm sure you know THAT passage. All Christians do.
But let's say sillydaddy, the guy who calls blacks "niggers" regularly, is really enlightened and doesn't get upset at homosexuality or gay marriage anymore. Instead, let's look at a few other Christians doing horrendous things around the world...

Christian based cultures like Russia, Uganda, Zambia, and others around the world are beating gays and putting gays in prison and even condemning them to death for this 'crime' against their religion that is based in the Old Testament, the book that is the undeniable word of God to them and where they find the sacred Ten Commandments that they want to hang on our courtroom walls. But sillydaddy is ignorant of this book, which conveniently lets him point the hypocritical finger at vile religious beliefs that just don't happen to be his own.

Leviticus is the Christian version of Sharia and you can't just shrug off the rules of God, can you sillydaddy? If you could, then it wouldn't be the word of God. Read it, sillydaddy. (I know, it's really boring and hard to concentrate on the enervating tome, but try. It rules your life and politics.) Every one of you Christian/Bible apologists should read it and be horrified.

the New Testament is the basis for Christianity I practice , not the Old Testament...
This is a common mistake since a Bible usually contains both.
The Book of Leviticus is in the Old Testament...it may have historical value but that's about it.
