Last Dr. visit he told me to get more exercise. Researched the entrance requirements for the Army (I am an Air Force veteran.) I must admit, I am far from passing these minimal requirements but I am working on it as my goal.

So a 17-21 year old female now has 19.42 minutes to run just two miles? That's not running, that's a walk! A 37-41 old female now has 24.06 minutes, that's a crawl!

I used to do 400 situps per day, but about 6 mos ago increased that to 500.
I lift the same York barbells bought in 8th grade. They are rusty, held together with packing tape, but still the same weight.
Running 2 miles is too short to bother with. Any suburban jogger goes at least 3 miles to get a little aerobic burn.
