Blacks were more likely to be stopped, but then young black males are 3 percent of the population but account for almost half the violent crime.

And THAT is what people are upset about, johnny; exactly what the study concluded.

johnny also dishonestly leaves out the fact that whether or not there is racial bias in shootings overall, this tells you absolutely nothing about possible racial bias in the particular shootings that have everyone so upset recently.
The study doesn't say that there is never racial bias in any shootings.

johnforbes really needs to take a statistics class to understand what study results actually mean.

No, Tool, when police kill unarmed people or sever their spines in the van ride to the station, all with impunity,("not guilty") it makes the victims of such systemic treatment want to attack the police, just the same as it would make YOU want to attack the police if the courts provided YOU no path to justice for measurably unfair treatment of your friends and family.

The proof is seen in the case of Muslim immigrants. When a few attack you unfairly, but on a regular basis, you want to kill them all in other countries and stop any of them from entering this country.

The point is that he didn't need to shoot the guy in the first place, did he? His hands were up and empty, as you can see.
And once he did shoot the therapist, the therapist doesn't need to be handcuffed while he's bleeding, does he?
And once the therapist is handcuffed, he doesn't need to be held with his face in the concrete for 20 minutes, does he? He could lie on his back.
And after all this, the cop says he doesn't even know why he shot the guy.
