It won't be a good thing for Europe, they were bribing Turkey with billions to take in Muslim refugees they were turning around, now those millions will be pushed out of Turkey and you can bet ISIS will take full advantage of it. Hillary will call for an "Intelligence surge", what ever the hell that means, Obama will out head for a round of golf then a fund raiser with some family time in Palm Springs, while he celebrates this new break through for ISIS.

Rest assured, what ever stance Obama takes, will be against America's interests. So I won't know if this is good or bad for America until Obama talks. I do know it'll be bad for Europe because they'll be flooded with more Muslims and ISIS will use it as an excuse to send in fighters under the pretense of fleeing migrants.

Turkey is a member of NATO.......US has a base there and somehow Russia has a dog in this fight too....

It almost appears as if this coup was staged by Erdogan as means to purge moderate military leaders who have resisted Turkey's movement towards Sharia law and a dictatorship. Military members were told under no circumstances were they to use any type of force and to only fire into the air and to avoid hurting any protestors with their vehicles. This had military members asking why were they being told to just drive out, fire into the air and then surrender.

50 high level Christian Turkish Officers have already been arrested although they claim they weren't even aware the coup was to take place until it was under way. Erdogan didn't want to take long route Obama did of purging our military of Officers who didn't agree with his agenda by just telling them their services were no longer needed and promoting unqualified lower ranking Officers into those positions based upon their only qualification...they supported Obama's liberal agenda.
