Instead of the Justice Dept. waiting for the FBI to recommend Killery being prosecuted, what if it was the other way around? What if Justice determined there would be no charges, and it was quietly made known to Comey that he should be a team player and follow the White House party line?
Lynch met with Bubba in Phoenix to assure him the fix was in and everyone was taken care of. Comey would stay on as FBI director, Lynch would remain as AG, as long as Killery wasn't prosecuted and was elected president.
It's the Chicago way.

The only casualty was Comey's integrity. At this point the only way out is for him to resign now and in a few years write a book detailing the whole sordid mess.

Or he can make waves and in a sudden fit of remorse commit a nice, tidy, unexpected and private suicide.
That's the CLINTON way.

Probably this was all orchestrated by White House staffers, Comey, Lynch, and the Clintons.

But Lynch got caught meeting Bill on the tarmac.

So Comey was believed by the public to be honest, whereas everybody knew Lynch was appointed US Attny long ago by Bill.

So the last honest man in Washington, Comey, went out and did the dirty work of pretending to be evenhanded and then letting Hillary off.

This corruption makes Teapot Dome and Watergate seem mild and tiny.
