FBI allowed Hillary's attorneys to guide interview no Oath

Hillary appeared for the "interview" with 5 attorneys who prescreened all questions and refused to allow her to be placed under oath. Comey says the FBI didn't ask why Hillary had given Congress different answers than given to them, "didn't think about it at the time"

The FBI has lost all credibility along with the rest of the Obama administration. The next time any person is ever investigated for mishandling top secret or classified information all they have to do is take the Hillary defense "I was just grossly careless, now move on" The military members serving time in Leavenworth prison for mishandling classified information should all be released immediately.

Hillary Clinton learned long ago to live by the old adage, "sticks and stones....."

And it keeps working for her to this day.......

A year ago, Obama said Hillary was guilty of nothing and her email had not been hacked, etc.

So he probably guided the whole thing and told Comey what to do.

At this point, does anybody think Comey's investigation was real and that he was free to do what he wanted?

Just today, we learned the answer to one puzzling omission -- Comey did not even explore the obvious perjury issue.

Hillary told Congress under oath a number of lies.

Now we're told the FBI can't produce a transcript of the interview because the agreement with Clinton was that there would be no recording or transcript of what was asked or her answers.

So, even in the interview, Hillary proved what a great student she was in evidence class.

Her private server was all about her being able to control, and destroy, evidence.

Only a deeply corrupt person even thinks in such terms.

Apparently, this interview was in Hillary's home.

And the FBI rolled over again by allowing no audio, no video, no transcript of it.

Comey should resign, but of course won't.

So the right wing loonies are crying foul because Clinton volunteered to be interrogated by the government law enforcement agents.

If the interrogation was only three hours, then the FBI pretty much already had completed their investigation.

Now Chaffetz will be pissing away more tax payer dollars to try to prove that Clinton lied to the public. If law enforcement were to investigate the congress for lying to the public, then all of them would be locked up...

So, Elkin, I realize you are a Left Winger but are you really so crazy that you want the Sec of State to set up four private servers and use 4 or 5 mobile devices, including in foreign lands, to discuss classified info?

Look, nobody could even conceptualize much worse of a national security violation, could they?

I don't look on this as a partisan matter, and I'd be equally upset if Comey (pretending to be neutral) let off a Republican for the same disgraceful actions.

Of course, Hillary did violate the law and everybody knows that.

Comey was just afraid to prosecute an important politician.

It's not illegal to use private servers nor is it illegal to use mobile devices.

Furthermore communications over mobile devices are encrypted. Have you ever tried whatsapp?

Elkin, you are a liberal kid who seems oblivous to the truth.

If you had ever worked for the federal goverment, you would know you can't use a private server to conduct federal business.

Sure, federal workers have cell phones.

The other thing, Elkin, is that you are incapable of looking at what your reaction would be were it a Repub who was Sec of State and used a private server.

You would be outraged, as would the NY Times, and under that circumstance Comey's FBI would have recommended charges in a heartbeat.

The only news here is that the FBI joins the long list of agencies which are now so political (Dept of State, IRS, DoJ, etc) that their spindoctors won't tell the truth.

Look at the State Dept public relations staff, such as liar Marie Harf, or that admiral who was so obviously dishonest they got him to retire and spin his fairy tales in a suit rather than a uniform.
