First, she didn't vote for the use of force in Iraq as you pretend. Nobody in Congress did.
They voted to authorize the use of force if it became necessary, which it never did. This doesn't mean they supported the use of force if it was not called for, and everybody, including W. Bush and his cronies, knew it wasn't.

But the real reason she voted for authorization is not that she thought there were WMDs in Iraq but that it would have been political suicide for her to vote against authorization.
She had the White House in her sights and knew that she had to appear "strong" at a time when people were afraid.
Everyone in Congress was facing the same political difficulties of voting against authorization, even Republicans.
Later, Republicans would have used the prudence of her refusal to be willing to use force in a particular situation as a disqualifier to the Presidency.
