Today Hillary spoke before Al Sharpton's National Action Network and promised to deal with racist police, end lead in water which is harming black children and to give blacks $10,000.00 to use as down payments on homes because the system causes them to lag behind whites in home ownership. She declared race is the single biggest factor determining if your water has lead in it.
