Four of Hillary Clinton’s closest aides now represented by the same ex-Justice Department attorney in the FBI’s investigation of Clinton's private email server.

Beth Wilkinson, a well-connected former assistant U.S. attorney best known for prosecuting Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, is listed as representing three of Clinton’s top State Department staffers, according to a congressional letter obtained by POLITICO and dated Feb. 10. A fourth Clinton aide, Philippe Reines, is also represented by Wilkinson, according to sources familiar with their representation.

The united front suggests they plan to tell investigators the same story with Wilkinson keeping them in line. Hiring the same attorney allows Clinton’s advisers to have one gatekeeper for the DOJ's inquiries — and it likely indicates that they expect to offer substantially similar testimony if they're questioned.

“The premise of employing the same counsel is that they believe there is not likely to be a situation where they start pointing a finger at one another to save their own skins — or perhaps at Secretary Clinton,” said Dan Metcalfe, founding director of the DOJ's office of information and privacy. “And there’s a sense that if one of them goes down, they all go down. It shows they think they can coordinate the defense to everyone’s benefit.”

Sounds like a blatant conspiracy to me which is a crime of it's own.

The FBI knows exactly what is going on , and it's not as if they haven't seen these legal maneuvers before.....

and get them thinking about who really is on their side....they'll talk then.

That was exactly my first thought when I heard they're all using the same high priced attorney. The attorney's job is to keep them all in line and insure no one makes a deal to rat out the mother ship.

Nahh, she has all her aides using the same attorney to make sure they tell everything they know. I'm just kind of confuse as to why public employees need a $2000.00 an hour attorney to screen what they say about their public jobs. :shock:

There was an article on Drudge yesterday that quoted Huma as saying she was, "terrified" at what might be revealed in the personal emails between her and Killery.

No doubt this refers to their lesbian relationship.

Perhaps it can be arranged for them to share the same jail cell if Huma decides to spill her guts first.

Reports say that SAP information was found in Hillary's private servers......this is a big deal.

Is it possible the aides don't realize how serious this is? If they take the fall for Hillary

they could be looking at life in prison....

One little boy puts up his hand. Hillary asks him what his name is.

"Thomas."

"And what is your question, Thomas?"

"I have three questions: First - whatever happened in Benghazi? Second - why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? And, Third - whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House?"

Just then the bell rings for recess. Hillary Clinton informs the kiddies that they will continue after recess. When they resume Hillary says, "Okay where were we? Oh, that's right, question time. Who has a question?"
