I've said all along it was unlikely that Loretta Lynch was honest enough to file charges.

I'd love to be wrong, but...

Many potential Hillary supporters are hesitating on giving Hillary more money and support with criminal charges hanging over her head; therefore they had Loretta march out; as they did Rice on Benghazi and insure everyone there is nothing to worry about. Loretta basically told everyone, there won't be any criminal charges filed, the FBI reports to me and I will toss the FBI recommendations in the trash if they don't toe the line.

The thing is, Loretta Lynch was appointed for race, gender, and partisan political reasons.

There are tens of thousands of people in America better qualified for that job.

She will not charge Hillary with anything more serious that spitting on the sidewalk.

Hillary's own defense is that she compromised national security for her own personal convenience. Everyone knows that she actually compromised national security to hide her activities, in either case why would any idiot vote for her?
