One of my best workers is a young black man I hired a couple of years ago; damn hard worker with no chip on his shoulder, his best friend is a white police officer and he volunteers time at a local food bank, so what went right with this young man? I've often wondered why he acts more white than black and last night I finally met his parents, they're both white. Turns out that they adopted him at the age of 6 months when his crack HO mother died of an overdose and his father was unknown. Proof that environment has more to do with how a person develops than genes. Had his crack HO mother raised him he would have been just another black hood hating crackers living off of what he took from his victims and social assistance. If leaders really want to help blacks, they have to work on changing the frequent black culture of hate, racism, violence and entitlement. In other words, teach them to get over their color, all lives matter equally and no one is owed anything. There is hope but it's going to require change.

I never talk politics with employees and don't allow politics to be discussed at work, it's just too litigious out there, I'm not giving anyone any ammunition to use against me if I have to let them go or don't hire someone. Having said that, who knows he may vote for Trump but I think he's more of a Kasich guy based upon some of his comments.
