Donald Trump said Monday night that he believes Hillary Clinton will likely get away with her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, but said that as president, it's only fair that he'd look to prosecute Clinton.
The billionaire business mogul explained the As president, I would prosecute Clinton. The statutes of limitations would still allow him to prosecute Clinton for any crimes she committed from 2009 to 2013.
But Trump said he wouldn't wait until January 2017 to begin his prosecution, motioning toward the summer and fall months as prime time for non-legal attacks on her, regardless of who wins the nomination.
"If I'm the nominee, this is not gonna be a subject that's gonna die down very easily," said Trump.

If they ask Cruz and Rubio if they will seek prosecution of Hillary for her handling of classified information and they waffle, they've both lost my support.

Trump just put Cruz, Rubio, Kasich and even Bernie on the spot....
They will have to say if they believe Hillary is guilty ...or not!
they will choke if the media asks them the question :lol: :lol:

Rest assured a team of lawyers being paid from the Clinton Foundation $3 billion slush fund are working around the clock monitoring developments and are drafting up several different plans for what ever scenario plays out. I'm betting if it appears a Republican will be our next President, the Justice Department will move swiftly to file charges Hillary against for everything they can think of, they'll then hold the quickest trial in American history and put on the worse prosecution they possibly can. If she's found not guilty, there can be no double jeopardy, the next President can't hold new trials. If for some reason she's still found guilty of any of the charges, Obama will rapidly pardon her.
No matter what, the Democrats will move hell and earth to keep Hillary out of prison. Watch it play out dudes.
