White House spokesman Josh Earnest said today that "based on what we know" it does not look like Hillary Clinton will be indicted. Earnest made the remarks the White House podium. "But I'm certainly not going to weigh in on a decision or in that process in any way. That is a decision to be made solely by independent prosecutors but again, based on what we know from the Department of Justice, it does not seem to be headed in that direction."

Flash back months ago when the FBI started their investigation, Obama announced Hillary did nothing wrong, there is nothing there.

The DOJ has just announced that at least 22 emails on Hillary's private server have been

classified TOP SECRET.....the information being of such sensitive nature that there is no way

Hillary would not have known it.

Josh is probably correct that the fix is in at the Dept of Justice.

Loretta Lynch got a career-making appointment in the past from Bill Clinton, so she'll be thankful to the Clintons and probably let Hillary get away with obvious violations of the law.

I'd love to be wrong, but is anybody confident that a crook who is a famous politician will be charged?

Loretta better have "real" attorneys advising her to insure she doesn't end up being charge with crimes in this great left wing conspiracy.

Remember when those missing billing records were found in the second floor reading room of the White House where only the Clintons had access?

Even there, when it was undeniably clear that the Clintons had covered this up and kept the records secret, Hillary was not indicted.

What DoJ should be investigating is the pay to play aspect and incredible corruption of the Clinton Foundation.

But it probably won't.

Any time, in any White House, someone expresses "full confidence and faith" in anyone, it's usually the kiss of death.
