A leaked FBI memo shows that Hillary Clinton mishandled classified material on at lest three occasions, by setting up her e-mail system to route messages to and through her unsecured server, then by moving the server to Platte River Networks, a private company, in June of 2013, and then by transferring the server’s contents to her private lawyers in 2014. There is no requirement that the documents be marked "classified" to meet the required elements of the felony offenses.

Doesn't matter what she did, no one will prosecute her.

Let's hope the voters prosecute her if Obama refuses to once again follow the laws and lets her walk.

It the FBI recommends a charge be filed, that will leak out.

If the DoJ refuses to charge her, which is (sadly) likely, then that will become another scandal in these lawless years.

Maybe you guys can get the Bundy brothers to arrest her. :lol:

What do you think Trump will do to Hillary if he's elected? Just because Obama's goon doesn't pursue prosecution doesn't mean she can't be charged at a later date. The statute of limitations for mishandling classified material is 20 years. That's a long time that Hillary will have to sweat who controls the DOJ.

At this point Hillary's only chance at avoiding prosecution if she becomes President and thus controls the DOJ. At this point we all know that the FBI has already identified hacks into her private server by several countries and that they've obtained information that has caused lives to be lost and set our intelligence agencies back years. Obama's DOJ will argue the U.S. can't let our enemies or our allies know the extent of the hacks and that it's in the best interest of our country that everything be kept "secret".

Obama and the DOJ will announce that anyone who *** the FBI's investigative results will be prosecuted for mishandling classified material to the fullest extent of the law.

The Clintons are in a real pickle this time.
Too many high profile people would all have to commit sudden, improbable, nearly simultaneous suicides for all this to go away.

It was a horrible thing when Nixon lied and it was good he was pressured to resign.

It is a very bad situation when the W House clearly influenced the IRS, when the Dept of State lies about terrorist attacks, and when the Dept of Justice simply cannot be relied on to charge politicians who have indisputably committed crimes.

Nobody believes Hillary didn't break the law.
