When johnforbes was very young, (the left side of the evolution chart) you can see him dragging his branches on the ground as a dull "sap"ling.

In middle school his teachers likened him to a fence post.

These days, toward the right of the chart, johnforbes does his stump simulation for us all on an almost daily basis.
