The democrats have no one real Americans can relate to or support. Sanders is shingles, Hillary is shit on shingles. Looks like a rich game show host is our next President.

You people did elect Ronald Reagan. Why not another tremendously clownish entertainer? lol
And maybe you could get a pair of boots like Senator Marco's for your run.

Grog...At least Ronnie gave me some free cheese and butter.
The only thing I got from Obama was denial of my COLA four years of his Presidency.

Silly effortlessly strikes out again. lol
Your S.S. COLA increase, or no increase, is tied to legislation Nixon signed in '72. The COLA adjustment is tied to consumer price indexing. Obama has no say in the matter.
On the other hand, the Tea Partiers controlling the House agenda could force legislation to get you a bump. But, they've let you down again.

I'm betting that last night when Obama called for a bi-partisan effort in Congress to strengthen Social Security, sillydaddy was on his feet applauding along with the rest of the Republicans.

Obama holds up a lousy COLA on my military pension....but can't wait to give Iran $100Billion!
even after Iran puts our men on their knees for the rest of world to see.....with Kerry saying thank you !

This crazy Iran deal has not even been signed.
It gives Iran 150 billion dollars, and Iran is the global leader in state-sponsored terrorism.
Meanwhile, Paul Ryan just funded amnesty for illegals, Obamacare, uncheckable Syrian refugees, etc.

Keep digging, simple Silly. lol
Where does that $150b come from, Forbes? Is it a U.S. taxpayer funded check?
P.S. Trump says it's $100b. Better check your Teamail to get it straight.

The deal, which remains unsigned last I checked, involved 150 billion.
I have no idea what "tea mail" might be, but apparently Grog is suggesting that my info and ideas come from some partisan source.
That's idiotic.
Sure, Grog is lightly educated and experienced, so he does need to rely on some leftist ideological cesspool for his "info."
Others do not.

So, anyway, Forbes: Where does the $100b or $150b or ninety quadrillion, come from? Is it some kind of gift from the American taxpayer or...?
You can do it, Johnny.
You're really not playing, are you, simple Silly? How is Obama holding up a COLA increase on your pension? Take your time. lol

 When he's got nothing, which is 99% of the time, Forbes C&P himself.
So you don't know where that $100B or $150b came from.
No one is surprised, Johnny-boy. lol
Maybe simple Silly will give you a much needed reach around and say Obama stole it from his COLA increase. Yeah, that's it.

Grog is really a complete moron.
Why would he think there's some mystery about where the 150 b comes from?
Does he really imagine he is the only person who can read a newspaper or an Internet article?

Then let's talk investing instead.
That way, you can take something important -- and helpful to you -- away from your time on the forum.

That's another thread that's already going.
Let's see if you can focus enough to tell your pals where that $100b or $150b going to the Iranians is coming from.
If you really did read a paper and learn about it today, then it should be easy for you to share.
Re: Damn, now I'm regretting not running for President

The word "share" is psychobabble.
The concept you are vainly seeking to convey is "tell."
But I'm intrigued by your notion that a person without some insider connection can't figure out a way to invest and prosper in this quasi-capitalist society.
The truth is no such connection is needed, the "game" isn't all "rigged."

Silly? I sure you haven't wondered, but there's a reason Forbes doesn't want to tell you where the money Obama's "giving" to the Iranians comes from.
He appears to have finally checked today and that's why he's diverting and distracting. lol

Grog if you had study this subject before blurting out on it, you would know that the $150 Billion is frozen assets and that once we give them those frozen assets, they'll have funding to expand their weapon delivery systems and rapidly develop their nuclear weapons programs. Once they have that money there will be no stopping them short of war.

Grog, what is wrong with you?
Are you really so naïve that you believe you alone ever read a newspaper or read articles online?
If you believe that, you are really a vain child.
I've followed this insane "deal" with Iran all along, and the 150 will go to the globe's largest state sponsor of terrorism.
Apparently, this is due to Valerie Jarrett being born in Iran, and Obama growing up partly in Indonesia, so they both have nostalgic memories of Islam, and can't even say "Islamic terrorists" because of that mental block.
Never mind the economy in shambles, our foreign "policy" has become a sad joke.

Grog is correct that the COLA is tied to the CPI.
What should happen is that this CPI link, now to the CPI-W, should change to the CPI-E.
This would mean that elderly people, who may more for medical care than younger people and less for other things, would get proper adjustments.

those frozen assets....

Or is that NOT what you were insinuating?

Ah, simple Silly's slightly dumber brother, TVD checks in at last. Guess the gang's all here. lol
I don't know if or how it was used. When you get into that level of money and finance, different rules apply. The fact that someone agreed to pay interest would indicate to anyone with common sense (thereby excluding conservatives) that those who agreed to pay it believed or knew they would be legally required to pay it.
Of course, as a conservative you are fully entitled to believe whatever you wish.

I didn't think you knew. Just talking shit again.
Could it possibly be that Kerry folded, and threw in the "interest" just to appease the Iranian heathens?
That is just a feasible as your assertion.

Why don't you start a Teamail to that effect? You can tell your little friends that Obama confiscated money from several conservative Christian organizations to give the Iranians an additional gift. I'm sure it will fly with your people.
As I said, there was probably some legal consideration that applies to most governments, businesses and individuals. Of course it goes without saying that such considerations don't apply to conservatives.

Well, you didn't say that at all, mr huffpo.
May I also postulate? How about these unknown rules for governments....how about maybe the governments would
NOT be required to pay interest if the funds are frozen as an act of sanctions...an approved by UN act of sanctions...you know sumpthiin like that....
What's wrong with that other than the fact that you disagree with it?
